Biotic users are the best squad members. Especially later in the game with more of their abilities decked out. You get rushed a lot and the squadmates with crowd control abilities are just God tier. In ME2, Miranda has to be God tier. I think her AI is great and the squad bonuses she has are better than every other squadmate. Yes, all missions count.
