Mar 15, 2017 at 4:41 PM. From all I've read it's much more accurate than a 20 week ultrasound. I believe Panorama (at least the one I used) has a 99.5% success rate at detecting gender. The new procedure they use is to sort baby's blood from mom's so they're only looking at baby's blood.
